Family Christmas Game Party

Sunday 21st December, 4pm It's time for our annual family Christmas gaming party! This will be an extended full venue party that the whole family can join in! As this will be a closed door party, all guests, including parents and non playing supervising adults will be required to purchase a ticket to attend. During our Christmas party all guests will receive a Christmas cracker, everyone who purchases a 'gift ticket' will receive a wrapped gift from R-CADE. There will be festive treats on offer in the cafe, our arcade will be open to play for everyone and we will end our party with our traditional snowball fight! This will be a closed door event. This means that everyone attending MUST purchase a ticket, even when staying in the cafe area. We will have two ticket types which are as follows: -Games and gifts: For guests who want to play games AND receive a gift from Santa, and a festive treat to take home. -Games only: For guests attending only looking to play games or stay in the cafe. They will not receive a gift from Santa or a festive treat. Kids under 5 do not need a ticket to attend. They can take a festive treat home but will not receive a gift from Santa. If you would like your child under 5 to receive a gift please purchase the relevant ticket. Kids under the age of 12 MUST have an adult also purchase a ticket to stay with them in the venue throughout the event. Please read our t&c's before booking: Each pass covers one person in our venue. Our current maximum capacity for the arcade section for this event is 16 guests, so there may be times during the party when we may need guests to leave the arcade to give other gamers a chance to play. Our Christmas party is NOT for hosting birthday parties or large group gatherings. Refunds and reschedules will only be given up to one hour BEFORE the event begins. We may take photos and videos of our events to post on social media. If you do not want to be photographed you can let a member of staff know when you arrive.
