Save R-CADE: Kids Sponsored Game Day

Sunday 22nd February, 4pm We want to get the kids involved in our fundraising too. Book a ticket now to get fundraising and then attend our kids game day on Sunday the 22nd of February; a bumper 3 hour game session for our little fundraisers, with mini tournaments, participation gifts and a snack and drink for each gamer. How does it work: If you would like to sign your child up, you can book on of our Kids Game Day tickets, we will then email you the sponsorship form within 24 hours (or you can pop into R-CADE for a paper copy). Your child can then gather donations from friends and family before the game day on the 22nd of February. Each participant has a fundraising goal of £100 each. Donations can be made in cash or via the donation link on the fundraising form. Forms and cash donations can be brought to the game day on the 22nd. We can then announce our total for the event and spend the day playing games and giving out goodies. This event is suitable for kids aged 8-17 years old. Please note that kids under 12 years old must have an adult stay in the cafe during the game day on the 22nd. The adult does not need to buy a ticket. Tickets to sign up to this event are free, with the request for the kids attending to fundraise as much as they can before the game day. If you purchase a ticket and attend without fundraising you will be charged the standard 3 hour game session to stay and play (£30 for 3 sessions). Please note that we can only accept signups up until the 15th of February. If your child cannot attend on the day you can contact us and we can arrange collection of the donation and offer an alternative game session. We do not currently have a phone but you can contact us via our chat widget if you need assistance, or email us at team@rcadeglasgow.com Please note that games rated 15 / 16 / 18 are not permitted during All Ages sessions to protect younger gamers. We may take photos and videos of our events to post on social media. If you do not want to be photographed you can let a member of staff know when you arrive.
