Saturday 26th July, 7pm R-CADE SummerGames Presents: Tetris Tournament Welcome to our second annual Tetris tournament at R-CADE. We will be following the official CTWC rules. The tournament will be run on NES consoles, with original Tetris NES cartridges on CRT tv's. We will be hosting a bracket tournament, supported by R-CADE staff. Players will be added to the R-CADE Challonge tournament website, and our tournament champion will go home with some epic R-CADE prizes (TBC). This is a 3 hour event, and our catalogue of over 2000 video games will also be available to play on other consoles throughout the evening when you are not playing Tetris. Please read our t&c's before booking: No customers under the age of 18 will be permitted to attend this event. Valid identification may be required to gain entry. If you do not have valid ID you will not be granted access and no refund will be given. Alcohol is permitted in R-CADE after 7pm, however a corkage charge is levied on ALL drinks brought into the premises. All alcohol must be declared and paid for when you arrive at the venue and your booking is confirmed by the staff. Corkage fees are as follows and are non negotiable - Up to 330ml: £1 per beverage. 330ml and above: £2 per beverage. Wine and any drink above 12% ABV: £4 per beverage. Spirits (vodka, gin, whiskey, bourbon, rum, etc) are not permitted at anytime. Non-alcoholic beers and ciders are charged at a flat rate of £1 per beverage. Anyone found to be drinking without paying corkage will be asked to leave the premises immediately with no refunds. Refunds and reschedules can only be processed up to one hour before the event begins. If you book a ticket but can no longer make it please contact us as soon as you can.
