What's Included?

T&C’s
​
-This booking is for exclusive use of the arcade area only, not the cafe / social space. The cafe will remain open to the public during the booking.
​
-No food or drink will be allowed in the arcade area, including alcohol. Celebration cake will be allowed for presentation but cannot be consumed.
​
-Our current capacity in the arcade area is 15 guests (not including staff). This includes parents or family members not playing games. If there are any children attending who are under 12 on the day of the party there must be an adult present throughout the entire party. This adult will be included in the total number of guests. Therefore at maximum there can only be 14 children plus one adult in the arcade if any children are under 12.

- For parties and bookings with multiple children age 7 or under we require one supervising adult in the arcade per 4 children age 7 and under. Each adult counts towards the total number of people in the arcade.
​
-STROBE WARNING: Our arcade includes a number of old CRT televisions which can potentially trigger seizures.
​
-Games are restricted by age, so we cannot allow games with older age ratings to be played if any children are present at the party.
​
-Personal items and party goods cannot be left in the cafe area during your booking.
-Refunds and reschedules will only be given up to 24 hours BEFORE your booking time begins. If you wish to reschedule your booking within this time a 50% fee is required.
​
-It is your responsibility to relay our T&C's to your group and you will be liable for anyone in your group who does not follow our t&c's.
​
​
-As the cafe area will still be open to the public, and the arcade area does not have a room buffer, certain games with very strong language may not be allowed or may have to be muted.
-A 1 hour private party can only be booked to begin at the set times of 12pm, 1.10pm, 2.20pm, 3.30pm, 4.40pm, or 5.50pm.

FULL VENUE

What do you get?
​
2 hour full access to the entire venue. This includes both the arcade and cafe area. The venue will be entirely closed to the public during this time and exclusively for use by your group only. To add additional hours please add a note to your booking enquiry.

An increased capacity up to 30 people.
​
Custom games list for your party. You can request your favourite games to be set up in time for your arrival. (please note that age restrictions apply). Check our games list HERE
Bonus option to request games on our large screen projector in our cafe. Option to request music and dance based games in our arcade too.

Party bags included for all guests. These bags include one toy / keyring, a wristband, sweets, stickers and an R-CADE flyer.

Or if all guests are over 18 years of age, BYOB (bring your own bottle) is allowed, but the standard corkage fees are waived in lieu of party bags being provided.

Tea / coffee / diluting juice will be available to guests.

Cake / food / drink can be brought in and consumed in the cafe area but must be declared beforehand.

T&C’s
​
For a full venue booking a minimum of 2 hours is required. Additional hours can be requested via our booking enquiry form. The cost for additional hours is £140 per extra hour.

-Games are restricted by age, so we cannot allow games with older age ratings to be played during kids parties or if kids are present at the party. ​

-Our current capacity in the venue is 30 guests (not including staff). This includes parents or family members not playing games. If there are any children attending who are under 12 on the day of the party there must be an adult present throughout the entire party. This adult will be included in the total number of guests. Therefore at maximum there can only be 29 children plus 1 adult in the venue if any children are under 12.

-Food / drink from outside can be brought in for the event, but must be consumed in the cafe area.
​
-Party bags are included in the party fee. We will count the number of guests and make up our party bags when you arrive. If you have any additional items to put in our bags just let us know and we will add them in.
​
-If everyone attending is over 18 you have the option to bring alcohol, but the standard corkage fees are waived in lieu of party bags being provided.
​
-Refunds and reschedules will only be given up to 72 hours BEFORE your booking time begins. If you wish to reschedule your booking within this time a 50% fee is required.
