Friday 21st November, 7pm Welcome to our R-CADE members free game night. As an R-CADE Superpass member you get your monthly free arcade pass as part of your membership, but we are also offering a bonus free game night too! No need to use your monthly pass. This is a way to say thankyou for supporting our business. IMPORTANT: This is a free ticketed event, but you MUST book using your membership login to qualify. If you book a ticket and are not an active R-CADE Superpass member, your ticket will be cancelled. Members will have exclusive access to our arcade area for the first 90 minute session. Our cafe will remain open to the public but you are also welcome to enjoy our cafe with over 300 boardgames and tabletop games, free to play as part of your membership. Please read our t&c's before booking: No customers under the age of 18 will be permitted to attend this event. Valid identification may be required to gain entry. If you do not have valid ID you will not be granted access and no refund will be given. Alcohol is permitted in R-CADE after 7pm, however a corkage charge is levied on ALL drinks brought into the premises. All alcohol must be declared and paid for when you arrive at the venue and your booking is confirmed by the staff. Corkage fees are as follows and are non negotiable - Up to 330ml: £1 per beverage. 330ml and above: £2 per beverage. Wine and any drink above 12% ABV: £4 per beverage. Spirits (vodka, gin, whiskey, bourbon, rum, etc) are not permitted at anytime. Non-alcoholic beers and ciders are charged at a flat rate of £1 per beverage. Anyone found to be drinking without paying corkage will be asked to leave the premises immediately with no refunds. Refunds and reschedules can only be processed up to one hour before the event begins. If you book a ticket but can no longer make it please contact us as soon as you can.
