Book now and enjoy an hour of gaming in our retro video game arcade. Choose from over 1800 family friendly games across over 20 consoles! During our quiet time sessions video game audio and ambient music will be reduced, our capacity in the arcade is reduced, all patrons will be asked to keep noise to a minimum, and the creation of a low stimulant environment will be our top priority. We have created our quiet session specifically for people with additional support needs who require the space to be quieter. If you have ASN but are unsure if you can follow our quiet rules during this time you can always book for our standard game sessions which are also ASN friendly. Please read our t&c's before booking: Each pass covers one person in the arcade area of our venue. Our current maximum capacity for the arcade section is 10 people during quiet sessions (not including R-CADE staff). All children under 8 must be accompanied by a paying adult whilst in the arcade. Kids aged between 8 and 11 can play in the arcade but an adult must stay in the venue during the game session, this adult can wait in the cafe. Gamers age 12 and up do not require adult supervision. For groups with younger kids, there must be at least one adult (aged 18+) pass purchased for every two kids under 8 years old. Support workers and carers must be with their supported person in the arcade at all times, regardless of age. Two passes must be purchased for both people to attend a game session. Official support workers and mentors can obtain free passes if they are visiting with their supported person. You MUST contact us before you arrive and request the free pass to qualify. You will only be granted access if you bring your support or carers lanyard / card. Each pass grants access to our arcade at the specified time booked, not for an amount of time to be used at will. If you arrive after your game session begins you forfeit any time lost. Refunds and reschedules will only be given up to one hour BEFORE your game session begins. Our games list is available to view 24/7 via our website. Please note that games rated 15 / 16 / 18 are not permitted during All Ages sessions to protect younger gamers. Volume and light levels will be monitored and kept to a minimum during these sessions. Each session last approximately 60 minutes with a 10 minute gap between sessions to facilitate cleaning and resetting of the arcade.
