Saturday 31st January, 6pm Last year we unfortunately have had one of the worst years for our business, and on top of that we have been hit with with some very sizeable bills that we just do not have the funds to pay. We don't like talking about the negative side of running a business, but we want to be honest and transparent; we might not make it through 2026. We have a wonderful community who let us know how much they love our space, but we have to take drastic measures to keep our wee arcade dream going. By purchasing a ticket to our launch party you will receive 4 hours of game time, and 5 raffle tickets for our fundraising raffle that will be drawn after 8pm (with option to purchase more tickets on the night). Items will include rare R-CADE merch, gaming items and game passes! This launch party will kick off our month of fundraising. We aim to reach our goal of £10k to get us out of debt, and hopefully get us back on track. Throughout February we will be hosting more fundraising nights and special events too, and we will be keeping our community updated on our fundraising goal on our social media. You can choose to purchase a ticket and attend our launch party, you will receive 5 raffle tickets when you arrive and can play in our arcade throughout the event. If you cannot attend but still want to support you can purchase a 'not attending' ticket, you will still receive your 5 raffle tickets and if you win any prizes we will contact you via the email you have provided. Please read our T&C's before booking: R-CADE is strictly over 18's after 7pm, as this event runs until 10pm, you must be over 18 to attend this event. Valid identification may be required to gain entry. If you do not have valid ID you will not be granted access and no refund will be given. Alcohol is permitted in R-CADE after 7pm, a corkage charge is levied on ALL drinks brought into the premises however this fee is waived for this event. All alcohol must be declared when you arrive at the venue and your booking is confirmed by the staff. Refunds and reschedules can only be processed up to one hour before the event begins. If you book a ticket but can no longer make it please contact us as soon as you can.
