Friday 18th July, 7pm R-CADE SummerGames Presents: Smash Bros Night An evening dedicated to the most epic brawl game ever made! Celebrating the history of Smash Bros on every console it was ever released on. We will have N64, gamecube, Wii, Wii U and introducing, for one night only, Super Smash Bros Ultimate on the Switch. You can spend your evening meeting other Smash fans, battling on your favourite console, and trying your hand on a console you perhaps have never tried! This is not a tournament, but you are welcome to challenge other players to a friendly battle. This is our first dedicated Smash Bros event, and if there is interest in hosting tournaments in the future we may publish one later in the year. This is a 3 hour event, and our catalogue of over 2000 video games will also be available to play on other consoles throughout the evening, but all relevant Nintendo consoles will be dedicated to Smash Bros games. Please read our t&c's before booking: No customers under the age of 18 will be permitted to attend this event. Valid identification may be required to gain entry. If you do not have valid ID you will not be granted access and no refund will be given. Alcohol is permitted in R-CADE after 7pm, however a corkage charge is levied on ALL drinks brought into the premises. All alcohol must be declared and paid for when you arrive at the venue and your booking is confirmed by the staff. Corkage fees are as follows and are non negotiable - Up to 330ml: £1 per beverage. 330ml and above: £2 per beverage. Wine and any drink above 12% ABV: £4 per beverage. Spirits (vodka, gin, whiskey, bourbon, rum, etc) are not permitted at anytime. Non-alcoholic beers and ciders are charged at a flat rate of £1 per beverage. Anyone found to be drinking without paying corkage will be asked to leave the premises immediately with no refunds. Refunds and reschedules can only be processed up to one hour before the event begins. If you book a ticket but can no longer make it please contact us as soon as you can.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and reschedules can be made up to one hour before your event begins. Cancellations can be made for a full refund or points added to your R-CADE account for future bookings. If you wish to reschedule your booking within the hour a 50% fee is required.
CANCELATIONS
Cancellations and reschedules for standard arcade passes can be processed up to one hour BEFORE your game session begins at no extra charge.
Rescheduling within one hour of or during a booking is possible but incurs a 50% rebooking fee.
