This month R-CADE turns 6! Can you believe its been 6 years since we opened?! We have had thousands of fantastic humans visit us over the years, and plenty of non humans too (mainly dogs!). We want to celebrate in style this month, so we have created not one, but TWO epic parties on our birthday weekend. This year we are all about our favourite gaming food: PIZZA!
R-CADE Birthday All Ages Pizza Party!
Saturday 20th January 3:30-6:30pm
We will be celebrating this amazing milestone with a bumper 3 hour party complete with tasty pizza and epic retro games. Enjoy the very best our arcade has to offer, with over 1500 age appropriate games on 20 original consoles, we will of course be highlighting our favourite games featuring the humble pizza such as Cooking Mama on the Wii, Spider Man 2 on the PS2, and of course TMNT on the Sega or NES.
We will have a buffet in the cafe offering a delicious selection of locally made pizzas for guests to enjoy, and everyone will receive an R-CADE birthday badge to remember the evening.
IMPORTANT: This is a closed event, this means that everyone attending must purchase a ticket to be in the venue, this includes the cafe. We have a number of different ticket types for different age ranges. Please check our ticket requirements on our event page by clicking the image above.
R-CADE Birthday 18+ Pizza Party
Saturday 20th January from 7-10pm
From 7pm we let the big kids play. Just like the all ages party, you can enjoy the very best our arcade has to offer, with over 2000 games on 20 original consoles with all age restrictions lifted. We will of course be highlighting our favourite games featuring the humble pizza such as Cooking Mama on the Wii, Spider Man 2 on the PS2, and of course TMNT on the Sega or NES.
We will also have a buffet in the cafe offering a delicious selection of locally made pizzas for all guests to enjoy, and everyone will receive an R-CADE birthday badge to remember the evening too. We will also be hosting a few party games in the cafe for all party guests!
Our over 18’s party means that BYOB is also available too (corkage fee applies). This is also a closed door event so to make sure you can party with us, book your tickets by clicking on the image above. We hope you can make it to our birthday weekend. We will be handing out cake, badges, free passes and goodies at random for the whole weekend too, so make sure to pop in, sing us a wee happy birthday and celebrate with us, because without your support, we wouldn’t have made it this far!
