Earn Loyalty Points And Passes At R-CADE

Back in August we trialed a new loyalty points system with the introduction of the Twism app, but unfortunately there were more issues than benefits. We had issues with the discount codes not transferring properly onto our booking system, and rewards not processing. We heard our customers feedback and decided to close our Twism app and move back to the R-CADE website loyalty points system. This is the same system we were using previously, but with the recent updates to our website host, we can now offer more rewards and an easier way to earn and spend points! We have created a handy little breakdown explaining how it all works: How Do I Get Loyalty Points? To start getting loyalty points, you need to become a member of the R-CADE website. Visit our loyalty page for details on rewards and a button to become a member HERE.

By becoming a member of the R-CADE website you can make and view all of your bookings, and view your loyalty points. If you are not a member of the website you won't earn points, so make sure to sign up to start earning!

How Do I Earn Loyalty Points?

Every time you trigger a reward, you will automatically earn points on your membership. You MUST be logged in before you book your arcade passes or purchase anything from our online store. Our loyalty points rewards are as follows: 8 points for booking an arcade session (per session, not per ticket)

1 point per £1 spent in the R-CADE online store

10 points for signing up to the R-CADE website

10 points for following us on social media

50 points on your birthday! What Can I Use My Loyalty Points For?

Your points can be used to purchase arcade passes, special event tickets and online store products. They cannot be used towards private party bookings or events hosted by 3rd party businesses ( for example, events hosted by Roll Wi' It). These points can only be used to purchase items via our website, they cannot be redeemed in our cafe for food items or arcade passes in person.

Points are calculated as follows:

10 points = £1 discount How Do I Use My Loyalty Points? To use your points, you can browse and book / buy from our website as normal. You can visit our online store for some exclusive R-CADE goodies HERE, or you can visit our bookings page to browse our special events, or book one of our standard weekly arcade passes HERE. Once you add your desired goodies and passes to the cart, you can then goto Checkout. IMPORTANT: You MUST be logged in while browsing and buying to trigger your rewards and use your points. When you reach the payment page, you should see a few options like the ones below:

You can pay for online store items and passes in many different ways; Paypal, credit/debit card, promo code, gift card or by using your points. If you are logged in, this page should show you how many points you currently have on the right side column. You do not need to use all of your points in one transaction. It's that easy!
