New R-CADE opening Date

Here it is folks, the date you have all been waiting for. We were hoping to announce the opening date of our new venue as our Kickstarter went live, but we have been frantically rearranging things and trying to get back on track since our Kickstarter was rejected! We are still setting up an alternative crowdfunding campaign and will announce the news of this very soon, but in the meantime....

R-CADE at 121 Saltmarket will be open to the public from Saturday the 23rd of July. Full details on our arcade sessions, cafe /social space will be published on our brand new website that will be launching on July 1st, but here's a rundown of things to expect: -We will still be running hourly sessions in our arcade area, but times will be slightly different from what they are right now.

- Our new booking system will be launched on our new website on the 1st of July too.

- Our cafe / social space will be returning. There will be no charge to use our social space and play tabletop games during family sessions, but fair usage rules will apply.

- Tickets for arcade and event passes in our new venue will not go on sale until July 1st.

- For the remainder of July, we will not be hosting or accepting private bookings. This is to let our staff and customers get used to our new venue and layout.

- Our private booking form will be published on the 1st of August. Full details on private bookings and party packages will be announced closer to the time.

-We will be hosting weekly and monthly quiet / autism friendly game sessions in our bookings diary starting in July. Dates and times will be announced soon.

Here are the important dates to take note of over the next month:

As mentioned above, we will be closing our online store from the 20th of June as we will be physically moving all of our remaining stock across to the new venue and also getting it all added to our new website. Some of our stock will not be returning so make sure to have one more scan through our store before it goes! This does also mean that our physical retail section at our current venue will be gone from the 20th as well. You have until this date to order or browse our goodies before they are gone!
